Agreement for participation in MaterialDistrict Rotterdam during the period of 12 March to 14 March 2019 at Rotterdam Ahoy, the Netherlands.

I, the contractor, hereby agree to the following:

1. Contractor will provide the object to be displayed at MaterialDistrict Rotterdam.
2. Contractor is responsible for the transport or transport costs, the building up and breaking down of the presentation before and after the fair.
3. MaterialDistrict will provide an area that is suitable for displaying of the object. Electricity and other services will be arranged separately. MaterialDistrict will take care of a suitable place, sufficient lighting, signing and description of the object.
4. MaterialDistrict will not be held responsible for any damage to, or theft of (any part) of the object (including during the build up, exhibition days and build down period(s) of the fair).
